The Herbivore menu delights with vibrant, sustainable creations that showcase the beauty of seasonal ingredients. For those seeking a more interactive experience, the Explore option invites diners to collaborate with the chef, crafting a personalised menu with choices ranging from three to 17 courses, ensuring that each meal is uniquely tailored to your palate.
