New Year's Eve Gala Dinner
Ring in 2026 with an unforgettable gala dinner at Bull & Bear, where refined dining meets spectacular Burj Khalifa views. Set against the glittering Dubai skyline, the evening unfolds with live entertainment, exquisite flavours, and an atmosphere of celebration.
Your journey begins with bubbles, caviar and refined snacks; 10g of Oscietra caviar with blinis and sour cream, freshly shucked Dibba Bay oysters, and seared Kiwami beef tataki. The menu continues with foie gras pastilla, bluefin tuna with fava bean pâté, Canadian lobster, and Black Opal wagyu tenderloin, each dish crafted for a night of indulgence.
A curated Vegetarian menu is also available. To conclude, Mont Blanc with chestnut cream, meringue and cassis, followed by petits fours, brings the evening to a perfect close.
